Return of product
All information for return of product or replacements.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags on.
Several type of reasons your items are non-refundable
- No original tag
- The item is worn
- Not in the original packaging
- Not within 14 day limit
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.
Always state the reason of return.
Always send the item back to the return address noted on the package.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pieces.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Please note that returns under these two circumstances mainly wont go through our return policy, always contact customer service with a reason to return under these circumstances.
